چکیده

Streptococcus specie is the crucial cause of pharyngitis and tonsillitis in human particularly youngsters main organisms transmitted from milk to human. pyogenes diseases worldwide, thus increases huge burden national health care systems. The current study was take on determine antibiotic resistance pattern S. against penicillin group antibiotics by disc diffusion method. Furthermore, minimum inhibitory concentration were assisted isolates. Three hundred samples including sore throat, skin lesion surgical wounds collected different patients. clinical specimens cultured blood agar media observe hemolysis identified with Bacitracin sensitivity test. To evaluate Penicillin’s test done. Different used Penicillin G (10 U), Ampicillin mcg), Amoxicillin (25 Piperacillin (100 mcg) respectively. Minimum checked using four i.e. G, Piperacillin, Amoxicillin. A total 17 isolates showed positive growth for throat number 10, 05 pus 02
